A great turn out to our month end braai last Tuesday.

Reminder that everyone is welcome to join our 4km or 8km time trial every Tuesday evening at 5.45pm.

People of all ages and abilities are welcome. Run/walk at your own pace. Get those legs moving and bring a friend OR become a social member and enjoy the family-friendly environment.

Due to the sun going down earlier, please wear light coloured clothing and bring a headlamp or torch. Reflector vests/belts are an added bonus. (There are a few belts available at the club if you wish to borrow).

See you all tomorrow night!
