Sport is about so much more than scoring goals or winning medals.

Every practice, every game and every challenge helps shape a child into a stronger, healthier and more confident individual.

Here are 3 reasons every child should be involved in sport:

🏃‍♂️ It develops gross motor skills, improving coordination, balance and overall physical development.

🤝 It teaches life skills like teamwork, communication, sharing, respect and taking turns.

💪 It encourages healthy habits that can last a lifetime.

When children play sport, they're not just building athletic ability -they're building character.

POV: The workout was intense… and so was the smell 😅💀
But confidence hits different when you spray Shhhh after training.

From sweaty gym sessions to smelling like pure luxury in seconds. Because even after the grind, you should still walk in smelling like success. ✨🔥

Some secrets are too good to share… but Shhhh is definitely one of them. 🤫

Day 6 of the challenge — 100 sit-ups done ✅

Life got a little messy this week, but excuses don’t finish challenges… consistency does.
Not every workout gets posted on time, but every workout still counts.

Life gets busy. Schedules get hectic. Workouts get missed, it’s part of real life.

But one missed day doesn’t have to turn into two… or a week… or giving up altogether. We don’t quit on things that matter to us, and our well-being is one of them.

Fitness isn’t about perfection, it’s about returning. Coming back when you can, as often as you can.

To honor ourselves, we keep moving. Even if it’s not perfect, we keep showing up.
