The Curves workout combines Strength Training with cardio and flexibility to create long lean muscles, raise metabolism, burn fat, and tone your body. It is a fun, fast, safe, and
effective workout for women

of all ages and abilities:
• The Curves circuit includes 8-12 machines which works every major muscle group – you can burn up to 500 cals in just 30 minutes!
• Support from a coach: We are committed to provide you a great personalized service. The Curves coaches will always be in the circuit to train and motivate you throughout the whole workout – you're never alone!
• Proven results: Our CurvesSmart software will keep you motivated to work harder and you will receive a full report of your progress after each session.
