Our founders are well known for their background in local sport, with over 50 years combined sports experience and mastery in more than 3 disciplines of professional sports (Rugby, Cycling and CrossFit). The dream began with a small seed of potential, and culminated into a forested network of achievement and perseverance. CrossFit provides the perfect analogy for the ebbs and flows of life. And no
athlete has better experience in the struggles that have to be overcome to achieve your goals than our coaches. Through the many crossroads, building blocks, and stumbling blocks that need to be endured on this path, our coaches have been conditioned to know the mindset of a person at each level, and are duly equipped with the knowledge to overcome what needs to be, to persevere and reach the next level. Our training programmes are exclusive and formulated to cater for the needs of each individual member. Our programmes have been tried and tested by our very own Head Coach on his way to achievement. Our primary focus is to ensure that our members are properly introduced and thoroughly instructed on the fundamentals of CrossFit, and our mission is to provide training that will focus on much more than speed, endurance, strength, muscle growth, and fat loss. The training programmes are extremely challenging, unique, and creative with concepts and methodologies that have been proven to motivate and inspire. CrossFit ARKIN is much more than a box or a group of trainers and coaches looking to get you fit and reach your full potential. We are a community, offering support and inspiration to achieve the full potential of each of our members. Friendship, support, challenges and inspiration are daily values that are portrayed and incentivised by the trainers, coaches and members. Here, fitness is part of an everyday healthy lifestyle. A training session at CrossFit ARKIN (Pty) Ltd. is a planned event. People who train here enjoy challenging themselves and being challenged by others. Most of all, they love training with people who have the same mindset and goals; believing that motivation is temporary and that inspiration lasts forever.
