Early Sunrise Swimming Sessions!

Come join us for an early sunrise swimming session where we get to start the morning to a beautiful sunrise over looking the dam located at a beautiful 25m indoor heated pool. We are currently running morning swimming sessions for adults of all levels:

Advanced
Squad Training, stroke correction, endurence training and preparation for open water events such as Iron Man and Midmar Mile

Intermediate
Looking to develop stroke and learning to swim with proper technique? Introduction to fitness training and stroke correction

Beginner
No clue how to swim? No problem.
These classes go back to basic and focus on water safety and learning basic swimming techniques to swim confidently and comfortably.

When? Wednesday and Friday mornings
Squad training is from 6.15. to 7.30
Beginner lessons are between 7.30 and 8.30
Where? La Como Lifestyle Estate, Atlas Road, Boksburg
