ber of the World Street Workout & Calisthenics Federation (http://www.wswcf.org) and the South African Street Workout and Calisthenics Association (http://www.saswca.co.za). Workout programs are provided on a daily basis and catered for your level. We strive to improve ourselves physically and mentally to also inspire others to do the same. We aim to promote the sport of Street Workout and Calisthenics. We want to see the movement grow with more people committing to this way of working out and living a healthy lifestyle. On 7 May 2017 South African Street Workout & Calisthenics Association - Saswca hosted the Clash of the Titans Strength Battle at the Arnold Classic Africa in Sandton.
It was a true measure of clean, strict form calisthenics strength and endurance.
Three members of Silverbacks competed and ended up taking 1st, 2nd and 4th place!!!
