Good Morning To You All - The day has Arrived - Team Trials.

📅 Date : 24 May 2025
⌚ Time : 12:00 PM
🏟️ Venue : Rugby Field 1

Remember be there atleast 20/10 minutes early - 12:00 straight on the dot we are starting.

The trials are divided into 4 Sessions.

- (15mins +15mins) Attack v Defence: outplaying defenders in wife channels - Primarily focusing on Wingers, Strikers, Defenders, Midfielders and Goalkeepers. This session has 2 Exercises - 1v1 contested on the wing side and 3v2 contested with the attacking team initiating play in the wide channel.
- (15mins) 4v4 Small -Sided Games : Winning your Individual Battles - This exercise has 1 Take and primarily Relevant to players who frequently encounter this type of marking system, the exercise targets forwards and midfielders to break free from markers whilst the exercise is giving defenders the spotlight to Stop the attack play.
- 15 first half and 15 second half) Lastly it's a Friendly Match Vs Equity.
