How strong is your mental game? 🧠

It’s always surprising to see how many hours players spend improving their technique, hitting balls, playing practice sets… but how much time do you actually invest in your mindset?

So many players say the same thing: “My level in practice is much higher than in matches.” There’s a reason for that. Competition exposes your mental strength. And yet, it’s the one area most players ignore.

Why work on everything in tennis - except the mental side, which is probably the most important?

The good news? You can train it by yourself by learning how to prepare mentally before a match, how to set clear goals, and how to manage your self-talk so you become more efficient under pressure. And you can practice this every single day.
