Asiphelelenga Tournament Rules and Regulations
1. All teams must arrive 30 minutes before kick-off time.
2. All Matches will follow this Tournament Rules
1. This rules applies from three teams and above.
2. Tournament encourage FIFA fair play from all teams.
3. Matches will have 30 minutes, each half with 10 minutes cooling Break. Additional time depends on the Referee
4. Red card or yellow card will not be carried out to the next match.
5. Matches will only allow the maximum of 5 substitutions.
7. If the match is stopped under certain conditions from the referees perspective, the replay will take place on the next day.
8. Teams must arrive 10 minutes on field before their Kick-off time
9. If the team is late by 30 minutes. It will result to walk over.
10. On the kickoff time the referee will blow the whistle, After 15 minutes, the team that is on field is awarded a goal. After 30 minutes Two goals advantage and the match is over.
11. If both teams arrive late by 30 minutes the referee will start the time and they will play the remaining Time.
12. If the match ends with the stalemate it goes straight to penalties.
13. THE JOINING FEE MUST BE PAID BEFORE DRAW OR ON THE DAY OF IT.
14. A team will NOT be allowed to participate on the Tournament if any of their representatives is not present during Draw .
15. Draw will only be conducted Once.
16. No refunds.
17. A team causing any form of Disturbance or illegal assault to the official the committee will take futhur actions and that can result to disqualification.
18. The tournament is for under 15.
19. A player who is injured will be Carefully stretched out to all play to continue.
20. Teams are encouraged to have their soccer balls and at least two types of jerseys with them before their kick-off time.
21. Teams have until half time to make complain and must pay fee of R50
21. Referees decision is final.
