Introducing our newest program - HYROX
Classes start from Thursday 29 February.

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.
HYROX programming typically includes a mix of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and functional movements aimed at improving endurance, strength, agility, and overall athleticism. Workouts are often structured to mimic the demands of HYROX events, which involve completing various stations such as rowing, sled pushes, burpees, and other functional exercises interspersed with running segments.
