Our circus show "Lets Go To The Circus" will be held on the 31st October at Tom Newby School Hall.
Rehearsing for these shows just brings out the pure talent these girls have and Im honoured to be a part of their journey.
Pure strength, agility, elegance, and beauty all in one. Just too stunning
Hours, patience and determination go into shows like these, the circus wasn't built in a day.

This doesn't seem much to many but for Crunch Fitness Studio as a private gym, this is an INCREDIBLE milestone to have reached. 🥳

This initiative has really grown so beautifully. Collecting our unwanted medals for children undergoing massive surgeries just give new meaning to running and conquering.
The mind set changes when you have a different reason to your why.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us in this initiative and challenge.

OLD MEDALS, NEW MEANING: Donate and Make a Difference
If you’ve got old medals sitting in a shoe box, gathering dust in your garage or a pesky spouse nagging you about decluttering the home, then Stacy Henning has set up the perfect recycling solution with drop-off points around Gauteng:
• Crunch Fitness Studio, 1 Vosloo Street, Northmead, Benoni (Contact: Cass)
• Cycle Lab, Fourways (Contact: Anette)
• Run-A-Way Sport, Lynwood, Pretoria

The medals will be given to Bling-for-Bravery who have handed out 3,500 medals, books, teddy bears, clothes and stationery to children across the country.

Dean Dicks, who founded Bling-for-Bravery, explained the impact your old medals will have, “We have witnessed how a single medal can make a child so overwhelming happy and confident after surgery; how our miles on the road put so many smiles on these kids’ faces and a small medal memento for their brave achievement after surgery will be remembered and cherished forever.”

The cutoff date for medal drop-offs is 30 January.

EDIT: William from PostNet Sandton City has offered to be a dropoff point and will courier the medals for free.
