Value your capabilities.
The time you take out to reach your goals is a privilege, not a sacrifice.
Social conventions and others indifference will weigh on you and its like the fu***ng matrix. Don't fall for that s**t. Food, drinks, netfilx and chill. Give taking a break : A BREAK.
Go train and dont eat kak. You do you!

Warm up 15 min on elliptical (total cal burned 200)
Lunges
Squats super set with dead lifts (with 20kg barbell)
Jump lunges
Leg press (120kg)
Stretch 15min

At first partaking in group activities may seem intimidating, but once you realise that those around you share the same goals and interest and you can keep each other focused it can be a really empowering experience.

Join in on fun classes and espically outdoor activities that incorporate mind and body workouts that challenge you!
