One of our first sessions of the year(07/01/22)👏🏾
The beginning of a long journey!
These sessions will be held every Saturday morning, from 8 to 11, anyone is free to come join and be a part of the movement👏🏾🏋🏽🏋🏼‍♀️

This was held at Belfast Spar and that’s where most will be held with the exception of some Saturdays in which we will visit other areas and have fun training with different people and in different environments!!!
