To maintain your status and registration with Swim South Africa, American Swim Coach Association and Provincial body, it is mandatory to perform the following on an annual basis.
Attend workshops and or conferences on a frequent basis for the purpose of Continuous Professional Development (points are awarded which enables the official bodies to assess your level of conformance). Submit an updated CPR certificate, Police clearance, Provincial registration and Indemnity cover document.

Congratulations on a job well done at level 2 Bongi! Entered 9 individual events, qualified for 8 finals and brings home 1 bronze medal for 100 breast and silver for 200 breast. Very proud of you!

Congratulations to Bongi who has so far bettered all his times at level 2. He gave us some icing for that cake by getting a bronze medal in the 100 breaststroke tonight.

Good luck for tomorrow Bongi. Looking forward to seeing the 200 breast results.
