At times, you could not help but get up and dance.

Stage 2 of the Eleos Bosveld Trap was fast and incredibly fun, with a 650 m elevation over 30 km.

The climbs were steep, and the down-hills were rough, but that is authentic mountain biking as we like it.

Right at the start, a herd of brindled gnus charged across the road adding to the wonder of being out in the bush. Did you spot a giraffe? And kudu?

Just another tough day in Africa.
