It has been a tough couple of years for everyone, and while we were able to weather the Covid storm we unfortunately can no longer keep going. Our final day at the studio will be 31 July 2022.

We are so grateful for every client that has trained with us, it has been a privilege getting to know each and every one of you and we truly appreciate all the support you have shown us. To our staff, you guys are rockstars, thank you for your dedication, we know that you are going to be successful wherever you end up.

If you have purchased sessions with us, please be sure to use them before the closure.

Hello
I'm Mbalenhle - most of our clients call me Ninja 🐱‍👤. I've been part of the EMS family for the past two years, the love of fitness for me started in 2003, I began by participating in various sports activities such as athletics, Karate and Table 🏓. Right after high school I thought why not pursue a career in fitness ever since then I never looked back. What I love about fitness is that I get to do what I'm passionate about.
I also love being a trainer because I get to be around different people and get to be the reason they love and embrace their bodies.

Oh, I forgot to mention I'm a qualified volleyball coach.
A mother to two beautiful girls 👧.
I get to spend most of my time with my girls.
I'm always up to learning or trying out new things.

By the way I'm obsessed with my body🙈

Our studio will be closed for the long weekend (15 – 18 April), so we can spend some time with our loved ones. We’ll be back and training on Tuesday 19 April!
