🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♂️🔥 BEFORE WE HIT THE TRAIL…

We were about to start our hike when we came across the Barberton Makhonjwa Marathon runners at the water point. ⛰️🏃🏾‍♀️💦

I had to capture the moment! 📹❤️ Watching these runners push through, with The Department of Correctional Services supporting them along the route, was such an incredible sight. 👏🏾🔥

A beautiful day in the Barberton Makhonjwa Mountains where adventure meets endurance! ⛰️🥾🏃🏾‍♀️

🥾⛰️ WE WATCHED THE MAKHONJWA MARATHON FROM THE MOUNTAINS! 🏃🏾‍♀️🔥

What an incredible way to experience the Roses Creek Trail surrounded by nature, standing high above the landscape and watching the Makhonjwa Marathon unfold below. 🌿⛰️

While the runners took on the road, we took to the mountains! 🥾💪🏾

Different paths, same beautiful Barberton Makhonjwa Mountains. ❤️🌍

There’s something truly special about seeing Barberton from up here… breathing in the fresh mountain air, taking in the views and simply appreciating the beauty of our natural heritage. 🙌🏾✨

From hikers helping each other along the trail to the HI-Tec Security team coming through when needed 🙌🏾❤️ this is what the hiking community is about!

And tomorrow, we’ll be on top of the Barberton Makhonjwa Mountains at Roses Creek Hiking Trail watching the Makhonjwa Marathon 🏃🏾‍♀️🏔️🔥
