The Dolphin Coast Junior SPAR Tennis Tournament is coming up! 🎾

Ferrandi’s Tennis Academy is proud to host another weekend of junior tennis at Umhlali Country Club.

📅 26 & 27 September 2026
📍 Umhlali Country Club
🎾 U9 to U18
🏆 Singles and Boys/Girls Doubles
🔄 Round-robin format
⏰ Play starts at 08:00

💰 R500 for the full tournament, including lunch both days
💰 R250 for a one-day entry

There are only 100 entries available, so get your entry in early.

Rising Stars Provincial Round 🎾🏆

A fantastic achievement for the Umhlali Girls’ 1st Team at the RCS Rising Stars Provincial Round at Westridge.

Congratulations to Noa Peterson and Sienna Calha, both members of Ferrandi’s High Performance Squad, whose team won the Provincial Round and will now represent KZN at the National Round in October.

Noa competed in the singles, while Sienna represented the team in doubles.

Well done, girls! We look forward to seeing you represent the province at Nationals. 🎾👏

KZN Inter-District Senior Schools Tournament 🎾

Well done to Ferrandi’s Tennis Academy players Giuliana Coetzee and Isabella, who competed at the KZN Inter-District Senior Schools Tournament.

A special congratulations to Isabella, whose team finished runners-up in the Under 19 category. 🥈

KZN Inter-District U13 Tournament 🎾

A great weekend of competitive tennis for four Ferrandi’s Tennis Academy players at the KZN Inter-District Tournament at Kershaw Park in Pietermaritzburg.

Zara Reardon and Taynera Padayachee represented the eThekwini District Blue Team, while Noa Peterson and Sienna Calha represented the eThekwini District Red Team.

All four players competed against players from across KZN and put in some impressive, hard-fought performances.

Congratulations to Zara and Taynera, whose eThekwini Blue Team won the tournament. 🏆

Another ITF J30 title for Jack Thornhill. 🎾🏆

Jack has added another Singles and Doubles title to his record, with Tristan Summers as his doubles partner.

Congratulations to Jack and Tristan on a fantastic tournament, and well played to Connor Miller, their opponent in the final.

Jack’s development is a team effort. Credit to Coach Waylon, Hennie and Kevin Ullyett for their continued coaching and collaboration in supporting Jack’s training and development.

A big milestone for Jack in Botswana this weekend.

At just 16 years old, Jack won his first ITF Junior tournament, a J30 event. The result puts him on track for an ITF Junior World Ranking inside the top 900.

A fantastic achievement and another important step in Jack’s competitive tennis journey.
