🌱 Spring: A Season of Choice 🌹

Spring reminds us that life is always in motion, quietly nudging us toward growth. The trees don’t ask whether they can blossom – they simply do.

This season invites us to pause and ask ourselves:
✨ What am I choosing differently this spring?
✨ What am I ready to commit to – fully, without apology?

Because here’s the truth:
• We always have choice, even when it feels limited.
• We already hold the resources we need within us (and sometimes it’s about giving ourselves permission to use them).
• Change is not only possible – it’s natural. Just like spring.

So today, consider:
🌿 What fresh commitments will you plant?
🌿 What old patterns are you ready to let go of?
🌿 What growth are you choosing to allow in?

Spring doesn’t wait for permission to begin again. Neither should you. 🌼

Good people of Ballito and surrounds - we invite you to a celebration 💛

It all began with this invitation for back in 2012 from the KZN Philharmonic Orchestra.

THIS SATURDAY, 22 FEBRUARY he is set to share his 12 year journey with us! We are honoured to be celebrating this with him.

The Listening Session - with Guy Buttery
This will be an extremely rare opportunity to see and hear Guy in a very intimate setting playing live tracks as well as sharing snippets from his orchestral album Orchestrations released TODAY, and unpacking this creative process in a Q&A format. This is an invitation to immerse in an intimate evening of sound and storytelling, where Guy will take us on a sonic journey through his brand new record - an orchestral project 12 years in the making, described as Buttery’s ‘magnum opus’. 

The seeds of Orchestrations were planted in 2012 when Buttery joined the KwaZulu-Natal Philharmonic Orchestra to perform three of his compositions arranged for the 52-piece ensemble. The exhilarating experience ignited a deep dive into orchestral composition, launching a transformative 12-year journey. With Buttery’s signature guitar at the core, Orchestrations unfolds into a lush, layered soundscape, where global influences and collaborations intertwine seamlessly with expansive orchestral arrangements by Chris Letcher.

There will be some listening and there will be some conversation. So bring yourselves, family, friends, and a curious mind - as well as your questions and reflections - as we dive into this unique exploratory experience. Patrons are welcome, and encouraged, to bring their own food and drinks.

Limited edition artworks as well as the first copies of this brand new release will be available at this performance.
