Don't always look at your weight to determine if you are going in the right direction. Reason being is muscle weighs alot more then fat. So you can look leaner and smaller but sometimes actually weigh the same or even more. Using the scale is a good goal but don't let it be the only factor. Look at body fat, measurements and muscle too.

There will be times when it's tough, but I promise you, it will be worth it. Those days that you don't feel like training, JUST GO TRAIN. Those sessions most of the times end up being really good. Just don't give up.

I know the struggle is real, having knowledge of what's going on hopefully helps.
