12 - 10. HEART STOPPING. ⚡️
If you missed it, you missed a classic. Despite the cold and misty conditions, our 3rds just edged out Collegians in an absolute thriller of a match.
The grit shown on the field was immense, led by our Men of the Match, Angelo Scarpa and Leon Nieuwhoudt. That’s what club rugby is all about!
Huge respect to the opposition, but tonight, the win stays in Toti!

Last night, our junior and senior players, coaches, and rugby managers took part in an important anti-doping workshop presented by the South African Institute for Drug-Free Sport (SAIDS).

The session reinforced the importance of clean sport, fair play, and personal responsibility, while educating our rugby community on prohibited substances, testing procedures, and the role everyone plays in protecting the integrity of the game.

As a club, we are committed to developing not only better players, but better people. Initiatives such as these help ensure our athletes compete with integrity and uphold the values of the sport.

A sincere thank you to Amanzimtoti High School for the use of their facilities, and to SAIDS for delivering an informative and engaging workshop.

The past two weekends of hosting were bigger than rugby.

A special word of appreciation to our club captain and head coach for taking the time to stand in front of our juniors, not as figures above them, but as leaders beside them.

In a game where results often take centre stage, moments like these remind us what truly builds a strong club; presence, guidance and genuine investment in the next generation. Leadership is not only measured in match day decisions, but in the willingness to pour into those who are still learning, still growing, still finding their way.

To our juniors, understand the value of this. You are not being overlooked, you are being built. Every conversation, every correction, every word of encouragement is part of something greater than today’s training session. It is the shaping of character, culture and pride in the jersey you wear.

To our club captain and head coach, thank you for setting that standard. Your time, your energy, and belief in these players do not go unnoticed. You are strengthening more than skills, you are strengthening the future of our club.

This is how legacies are built, quietly, consistently and together.
