The Rising Sun JKA Karate Academy offers authentic and technical karate skills. Classes are an excellent fusion of mental, physical and fun-filled exercises suited to all ages. Through discipline and respect our goal is to keep you fit whilst teaching co-ordination, flexibility, core strength and traditional karate self-defence. The club offers Instructors of South African Protea and Commonwealth

medalist experience. As well as a Qualified Health & Fitness Instructor. The Instructors are constantly looking to develop tomorrow’s champions. Whether you are an adult looking for new goals, or an intermediate and beginner looking for an awesome adventure, Rising Sun JKA can help you reach your goals. Dojo times are:
