There's something special about tackling a workout like Murph together.

For some, it was their first time.

For others, it was another year of showing up and taking on the challenge.

What stood out most wasn't the scores or the times.

It was the effort.

The encouragement.

The community.

A group of busy parents, professionals, business owners, and everyday people coming together to do something hard.

That's what CrossFit is all about.

Whether you're completely new to the sport or looking to improve your performance, our HYROX Workshop is the perfect place to begin.

On Sunday 21 June at 08:00 we'll break down the movements, explain how the race works, help you improve your technique, and give you a better understanding of race strategy and pacing.

We'll cover:
• SkiErg
• Sled Push
• Sled Pull
• Burpee Broad Jumps
• Farmer's Carry
• Row
• Wall Balls
• Race Strategy & Pacing

We'll then finish with a HYROX-style workout.

Non-Members: R250

Bookings open through Octiv on Saturday.

Over the last 10 weeks, we've watched this group grow stronger, fitter, and more confident than ever.

Saturday mornings look a little different here 🔥

In this photo you'll find parents, professionals, business owners, and people with very busy schedules.

People who could have slept in.

People who had plenty of reasons to skip.

But they showed up anyway.

Not because they're perfect.

Not because they have more time than everyone else.

Because they've learned that looking after themselves helps them show up better for their families, their careers, and their lives.

That's what makes this community so special.
