Body Craft Body Craft is a functional fitness training center. We offer one on one training sessions, group classes and specialize in training programmes for kids.

Body craft offers training programs designed for a specific population and the developmental needs of that population... all general physical skills are considered developing...

20 HR push ups
10 burpees

Do 1 set as fast as u can for time 💦
