What a week we had πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯πŸ’₯

Starting off with Dawn to to Dusk
Syann Summers Long Talia Meyer Declan Mason Alex Verissimo took on a 12h relay combining over 100km between the team.

This past weekend
Stephanie Ann Rankin and Sky de B**r took on She Throwsdownevent at TopGun Fitness
This was their first ever competition and we couldn't be any more prouder of them, stepping out of their comfort zones and facing it with smiles and full send efforts

And then finally,
We took on the PPT Social Run Round and Round the garden event at reitvlei as a community and TGSW family, running 5km on the hour in a relay.
Some guys ran their first ever 5km, some didn't stop at 5km and ran more than they've ever run before, and others ran all 10 laps.
We are proud of each and every one of you guys.

Today was a little different, we came together to honour and throwdown in tribute to someone in the CrossFit Community, Leroy. Sadly passed away last week while taking part in an event.

An adapted workout to have it flow, but today just reminded us that we are all together in this and we never leave someone behind no matter what!

Speak up, share, be kind, check in - we dont know how long we have on this earth, MAKE IT COUNT.
