Our end year craft this year was cloud dough 😊

I love ending the year off with a craft for the kids to take home and enjoy over the December break.

Emotions can be overwhelming for children and adults.
identifying your emotions is the first step in being able to regulate them.

We we matched the top half of the face with the bottom half and then stuck the appropriate name for the emotion next to the face.

I also discussed that we don't know how someone is feeling just by looking at them and that it's important to ask someone how they are and to also let other people know how we are feeling.

Lots of fun and learning was had with our skeletons.

We spoke about the different bones in our body, moved our skeletons into different yoga poses and finally stuck them in place for our favourite yoga pose.
