This popped up today from two years ago (how has it been two years already!?) from when I worked with .fitnessjourney at the beginning of her journey. She’s still continuing to learn, train, get strong and grow as a person and it’s amazing to see 🌸 ’sAJourney

There are just a couple of days left to sign up for my next six week challenge (although I am always flexible with start dates so if you want to sign up but can’t commit this week, that’s absolutely fine) 💪🏼✨

What exercise did you do this weekend? Or did you use the time to solely rest? ✨

Another (classy) toilet selfie after my first workout in almost two weeks - I went away for a few days and then caught this “supercold” so have been feeling really run down this week 🤧

Another full body session in the bag and, although I had that bit of time off, I felt strong and even increased the weight on a few exercises 👏🏼 I’m still miles away from the weights I used to be able to lift but I’m getting there and can feel myself getting back into it!🏋🏼‍♀️

Repost from my wonderful client who fully embraced and smashed the six week challenge ✨ Swipe to see what Mara said about how she’s feeling after doing the challenge (something that stands out for me is that she still went out and enjoyed meals out and foods she loves whilst getting results) 🤩

It’s been around 9 months since I stepped foot in a gym and WOW! I loved being back 🤩 My strength is not even half of what it was before and I didn’t do too much because I know the DOMS will be horrendous but I didn’t even care 🤷🏼‍♀️

REPOST from my online client . His calories are high and his strength is increasing each week 💪🏼⭐️

Throwback to struggling to press 100kg consistently to now pressing 120kg for 2 sets of 3 rather comfortably. What a difference a few months make if you put your mind to it ✨

Our first month of working together was a huge success and I couldn’t be happier with the effort has put into the programme 💪🏼✨

“Today marks 4 weeks since starting some online coaching & having an actual plan to work from. Now I wasn’t expecting miracles from the first month, but the subtle changes I have noticed are enough to keep me going. 🥰

In the last four weeks I’ve started to build on my relationship with food. Trying to banish food-guilt from my life and do away with restrictive eating. Learning to say ‘yes’ when opportunities come up (such as eating out), not restrict myself and trying to push away food-guilt has been a game-changer for me.

I’ve also tried to stay away from the scales. It’s always been a huge factor in my weightloss journey, but I thought I’d see what happened without it. I’ve lost a couple of lbs this month, but how I feel is much more satisfying. 🥰

I’m trying to change my mindset when it comes to the gym too. I’ve so enjoyed going over the last four weeks. And I’m trying to stop seeing it as a place to go to ‘work off’ something I’ve eaten, and more as a place to go to build on myself and make me feel better.

Thank you for a good first month - onto the next. 🙌🏻”
