It is with deep sadness I write this post and share the passing of one of our biggest supporters & lover of our game. Sandy Price AKA Peaches & Pops to some passed away over the weekend, his family has asked time to process his loss and time to grieve.

Peaches thank you for all that you have brought to our derby community , to the web. Your Georgia Devils will roll in your honor …. Give all the greats that has passed on before you a hip check, now you are free to do what you loved with all your heart sir …. Skate!

It is with great sadness that I make this post J.M. Knight has passed after a long battle with cancer. He was huge supporter of old school & new school banked tracked roller derby. A fan that became family to our derby community and will be missed. My heart is broken that we were unable to be there with him as he has been by our sides for as long as as I personally can remember. You will forever hold a special place in my heart & the hearts of so many others... Give Al ,Georgia ,Lil Iodine, Gloria & sooo many more a hug from Hell ... Time to rest my friend ... we will do the legacy proud in your honor 🕸🕷

Our hearts are shattered today , one of the major mentors of old school roller derby has passed on. I remember my last conversation with her last year about my track and her love and support of me as a skater and as an athlete. I know I now have gained another Angel to watch over me and guide me and kick me in the ass when needed.

Give Gma (lil Iodine) & Bad boy Reyes & Mama Bear Georgia a huge hug from me .....& know I will continue to do what you all so brilliantly have taught me .... keep old school derby alive

Forever in my heart and my soul and know I hear you rolling up there doing what you love to do!
