Azi am pus gaz pe foc cu echipa de competiție! 🚀 Am disecat și am exersat pressure passing-ul — acea artă de a zdrobi apărarea adversarului cu o presiune constantă și inteligentă. Nu e doar despre forță, e despre strategie, control și răbdare. În competiție, asta face diferența! Ca antrenor, îmi place să văd cm echipa înțelege că presiunea nu e doar fizică, e și mentală. E despre a-ți impune voința și a forța reacții. Asta e mentalitatea pe care o construim. 💪 Ce tehnică de pressure passing te ajută cel mai mult să-ți domini adversarul? Antrenamentul de Gi de la ora 18:30 la Silent Wave Jiu Jitsu 🌊🥋

O clasă bună nu se măsoară prin numărul de finalizări.

Se măsoară prin detaliile care se îmbunătățesc:
✔️ Prize mai bune.
✔️ Mișcare mai eficientă.
✔️ Decizii mai bune sub presiune.
✔️ Colegi care se ajută reciproc să evolueze.

Ca antrenor, cea mai mare satisfacție este să văd elevi care sunt curioși, pun întrebări și revin pe saltea cu dorința de a deveni mai buni.

Tehnica te ajută să câștigi astăzi.
Consecvența te face mai bun pe termen lung.

Sunt mândru de fiecare persoană care a urcat pe saltea în această seară.

Ruck complete.

🎒 10 kg on my back.
🥾 9.5 km.
⛰️ 390 m of elevation.
⏱️ 2 hours 14 minutes.

Rucking isn’t about speed—it’s about building resilience. Every uphill step strengthens your legs, lungs, and, more importantly, your mindset.

Some people chase comfort. I choose to carry a little more weight.

Strong body. Calm mind. One step at a time.

Recovery isn’t taking a day off—it’s preparing for the next one.

Today was all about active recovery and mobility:
✔️ Moving with purpose
✔️ Restoring range of motion
✔️ Building a body that can perform tomorrow

Strength isn’t built only under heavy weights or hard rolls. It’s built by showing up, staying consistent, and taking care of your body when it needs it.

Consistency > Intensity.
Keep moving. Keep improving.

Today’s workout… and today’s survival test. 😅

Strength
🏋️ Deadlift – 4×4 @ 100 kg

Loaded Carries
3 rounds:
💥 100 m D-Ball Carry (20 kg)
💥 100 m Farmer’s Walk (20 kg kettlebells)

Accessory
3 sets:
✔️ Pulldowns
✔️ Overhead Triceps Extensions
✔️ Face Pulls

Then came the “easy” part…

20 minutes of flow rolling with one of my students who’s 2 meters tall and 100 kg.

They call it a flow roll…
I’m pretty sure he calls it gravity.

Some days you lift the weights.
Some days the weights try to pass your guard.

Still standing. Still smiling. See you at the next session. 🤙🥋

Strength
🏋️ Bench Press
4 sets × 6 reps @ 75% of 1RM

Accessory
3 rounds:
• 8 TRX Rows
• 20 Band Pull-Aparts

Conditioning
🚶 20 minutes of incline treadmill walking

Some days are about chasing PRs. Other days are about reinforcing the foundation. Every quality rep and every minute of conditioning is another step forward.

Stay consistent. Stay disciplined. The results will follow. 💪

Started the day with a solid full-body session:

Power
4 sets:
• 10 kettlebell swings
• 4 box jumps

Strength
• 4 sets of 5 back squats @ 60% of 1RM

Loaded Carry
3 sets:
• 40 m bear hug carry with 40 kg

Accessory Work
3 sets:
• 10 box step-ups
• 10 V-ups
• 10 back extensions

METCON
3 rounds:
• 20 DB deadlifts
• 15 hammer curls
• 10 thrusters
• 6 box step-overs

A good mix of power, strength, conditioning, and grit to start the morning right.

No shortcuts. Just consistent work. 👊
