🎾 The fight to save Talus Street Tennis Centre is making headlines.

After serving the community for almost 50 years, Love’n Deuce and the Northern Suburbs Tennis Association have been instructed to leave the Talus Street courts by 30 September.

Thousands of children, families and players use these eight courts every year. We firmly believe this much-loved community sporting facility should remain open, accessible and available for generations to come.

Thank you to News24 for sharing our story and helping shine a light on what’s at stake.

🎾 Australian tennis legend John Newcombe has joined the fight to save our courts!

This morning, Newk spoke with Ben Fordham on 2GB about the threat facing the much-loved Talus Street tennis centre and why these courts must be protected for future generations.

For decades, this centre has brought together local families, young players and the wider community. Once community sporting spaces like this are lost, they are almost impossible to replace.

Thank you to John Newcombe and Ben Fordham for helping shine a national spotlight on our campaign.
