**SHARE PLEASE, LADIES ** Help me find our neighbours.

It's taken so long to get this far but work is finally underway at our new venue and so we're looking for businesses to take on the other units.

The place is vast. It'll be split into 5 units. Mine is #2 which will be approx 7.5 x 24m. All of the other units are still available which is incredible as they're a steal! There is also a ground floor shop/cafe and a room on the 2nd floor to let.

Situated on a busy Torfaen High Street with great transport links and it's only £495 + VAT per month with a £1 per sq ft service charge. There are no rates and the landlord is willing to take any business and do whatever work needs to be done to make the space usable for you.

Helping because, frankly, it is a bit spooky in there, on my tod. 👀👻 Be nice to have some neighbours and build a little community.

You'll have to use your imagination as the videos were taken before the work began.

As I'm getting a lot of emails, this is a reminder that I am not taking bookings until our new venue is ready to go but yes, there will be rentable dance space.

If you're calling from a private number I will not pick up. Most of the time these calls are either from perverts or scammers. I've blocked 8 scam callers in the last two days.

Yeah, I've found the perfect spot for a new venue so we're moving, again 🤣. I can't help it, this place is begging me to take it.

WANT TO OPEN A BUSINESS??
There is space for three other businesses on this floor. £400pm, no rates. Shared changing room and toilets.

Shop below is also available, on a busy High Street, £400-500pm, would make a great juice bar, cafe, nail bar, gift shop etc. DM for video. 2nd floor also available.

I was wondering why I was getting so many messages from American's.

It doesn't pay to rip off another business' name, because when people search for you they get funnelled to the original and you lose the client. 💋
