A Skydiving Adventure of a Lifetime
I just got back home but wanted to share an incredible experience that I had the privilege to be a part of last week. It was a heart-pounding, exhilarating adventure that will forever be etched in my memory - The 108-way Total Break Sequential World Record at Skydive Arizona in Eloy.
Participating in this record-breaking jump was an arduous journey, but with the unwavering support and exceptional organization of the Arizona Airspeed Team - Mikhail Markine , Niklas Hemlin , Michelle Karamon, Marshall, Rose - the dedicated DZ staff, five extraordinary pilots, Power Games 2023 , and their remarkable sector captains, we were able to achieve the seemingly impossible.
The camaraderie among the 108 skydivers from 20 different nations was nothing short of incredible. We were a diverse group of individuals, brought together by our shared passion for the thrill of the sky, and we united as one in pursuit of this ambitious goal. Each of us had a unique story, but we all shared the same dream of pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the world of skydiving.
The jump #15 itself was a symphony of precision and coordination. To watch 108 skydivers seamlessly come together in formation was awe-inspiring. The rush of air and the breathtaking view from my slot as we fell from the plane was an indescribable feeling, and the knowledge that we were working in perfect harmony made it all the more magical. ✨
I want to extend my heartfelt congratulations to each and every one of my dear fellows adventure and world record seekers, 108 skydivers who took part in this historic event. You are all incredible individuals who made this dream a reality. I also want to express my gratitude to the three amazing cameras who captured the entire experience, ensuring that these memories will last a lifetime.
As I reflect on this incredible achievement, I realize that it's not just about the world record, it's about the memories we created, the experiences we shared, and the lessons we learned along the way. The bonds formed during those exhilarating moments high above the Arizona landscape are what truly matter. These moments have changed our lives and will forever be a part of us.
Thank you to everyone, especially Girard, Rodriguez and Kirkby who played a part in making this dream come true, what such a privilege sharing the sky with you guys! The 108-way Total Break Sequential World Record will forever be etched in my heart, and I look forward to the many more adventures and memories that the sky has in store for us all.
