It just hit me the other day that I’ve documented quite a lot of my athletic pursuits and philosophy around parkour on youtube. I thought it would be fun to show the timeline like this. Drop me a 🪭 in the comments if you’ve seen all of these videos!

Here’s to another decade of sharing my passion 🍻

Not entirely sure why I chose this pose, but I feel like I should be telling y’all about a list of daily primal habits, and then persuade you to buy my online course where you will learn to balance your chakras. So are you in or what?

I understand the frustration, but these events are not for you and me. They are not here to launch a sport platform that reflects the values of the scene on the street.
You can like them for the short lived opportunity and cash they give to the participants. You can watch them for something cool that might happen (not in their speed events 😴).
But don’t watch to see a winner (or even participants) that will make any sense to you.

…I’m triggered. I’m fired up. We’re going to have the best show ever this year. Athletes who held out because flights were too expensive are going to be sad they missed it. With we are the only ones actually putting in work to create events that make sense for parkour athletes and are entertaining to watch. We’ve had events that were trash, but every year we improve. Now NAPC is the most noteworthy competition on the planet. Those 4 letters get mentioned on practically every and podcast. And we haven’t even had one in 3 years! Nobody even remembers what anyone did at AOM in 2019, but they remember what went down at NAPC.
We’re doing this with no capital investment or big brands to back us (not that those are inherently bad things) and I freaking hope this is the last year I have to say that, because we’re putting so much more in to this year. Stay tuned.

I’m pretty sure weather predictors in Vancouver are obligated to put a 🌧 just in case. The odds really do suggest it’s more likely to rain on any given day than not rain. Also it really lowers your expectations for the days ahead, so seeing the sun is like a nice surprise. The sun is like a friend who can show up at your house at 6am to hang out and you’d be like “Yo sun! I thought you were away! Yeah you can come in and hang! What’s up?!”
Except for when climate change makes that thing so hot that we all have to live beneath the surface in air conditioned tunnels like mole people.
Here’s your June parkour spots.

So May has five Sundays huh?

One of my biggest problems to overcome in regards to leadership is looking like this most of the time. If you too suffer from resting bitch face and don’t want people to live in fear of you, you can try to do the following:
1. Initiate conversations
2. Give positive feedback
3. Record yourself
4. Surgically alter your face

Last one is probably the most effective.

📸 probably has 100s like this.
