Set backs are just that, not an excuse or r ason to give up on your health and body aspirations.

Bumps in the road are certain, but fantasising about how you think it should be and how it actually is are two very different things.

How nice it'd be to be able to succeed without falling.

But the fact is - the most successful people are the ones that learn from their slip ups, mishaps and mistskes and KEEP ON GOING 💪

There is no failure if you look at it this way, just a chance to go again, this time more wiser 😉

If you want a better body always remember the 3 C's if you want to succeed with your goals!

1. Commitment!
If anything lacks commitment, it'll always lack quality whether that be relationships or getting a better body.

Remember commitment is doing what needs to be done regardless of how you feel.

2. Consistency!
If you're inconsistent with your exercise and don't have a structured routine, or you skip workouts left, right and center this will hinder your results dramatically.

3. Character!
Do you give up at the first sign of effort or do you push through and make your workouts even on the days you don't feel your best? If it's the first one and you always sit and wait for the perfect time to do anything or cry off this is why you might not be seeing the results you want.
