Our lives are a series of unfoldings. Our struggle to be perfect at every stage of life is a common element of the human condition. What comes with age and wisdom is acceptance of imperfections. We start to see that we develop at every stage of life.
We can rejoice that we are unfolding to the needs of our existence. Each day is ushering in new growth, subtle changes. Our transformation is lifelong and according to specifications known to our inner and true self- our connection to universal wisdom.
The changes we will experience today are compatible with the new growth we adapted to yesterday. And likewise, what will come next week, next year will have been prepared for by the tiny transformations accumulated on this journey. We are developing exactly as we need to each step of the way. And our fit, yours and mine, one with another, is perfect at every moment.
- I am changing, growing, maturing at every moment- according to plan.

Your yoga practice can be whatever you want it to be. The real reward comes when you feel the effects off the mat as well as on it.
For me, Asana (or postures) is only a small part of the journey. It’s about living mindfully, meeting yourself exactly how and where you are with compassion, to discover your self talk and your reactions and to learn and journey back home to you.
