Monthly Sukha sound bath at The Mulberry Rooms on Thursday 17th September 🤎

Once a month, I hold a gentle one-hour sound bath here, a little space in the month to switch off, get comfortable and simply rest.

You’ll be guided into relaxation before settling into the sounds of singing bowls, and other gentle instruments.

A little midweek pause to switch off from the noise, get cosy under a duvet and simply rest.

We’ll begin with a gentle guided relaxation before settling into the sounds of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong and chimes, nothing to do, nowhere to be, just time for you.

Two messages I received today 🤎

One person left feeling like she could conquer anything.

Another told me she’d been sleeping so much better after her last session.

That’s what I love about sound baths, there isn’t one “right” way to feel afterwards.

Sometimes it’s deep rest.
Sometimes it’s lightness.
Sometimes it’s a surprising burst of energy.

You just come, get cosy, and see what the space gives you.

Wednesday evening sound baths at my little studio in Stokeinteignhead 🤎

With the nights drawing in and the weather cooling down why not come and experience a sound bath at my cosy sound and wellbeing space tucked away in the countryside. You’ll have your own comfy bed with duvet, pillow and eye mask, all you need to do is arrive, get cosy and rest while I take you through a relaxing sound journey.

You absolutely don’t need any previous experience, and please don’t worry about coming alone, lots of my guests do. I even have 2 reclining chairs available for those who struggle with lying on the floor.

Today’s private sound bath was a little different 🤎

A lovely mum came to Sukha with her two young boys for some time together and I loved watching them explore the sounds with so much curiosity.

Before settling down, they had the chance to discover some of the instruments for themselves, from singing bowls to the gong… listening, experimenting and finding out just how much sound you can create from one gentle strike.

And then came the cosy part 🥰

Duvets, pillows, eye masks and the three of them tucked up together while I took over the instruments and gave them their sound bath.

Children don’t have to experience a sound bath in the same way adults do. They might wriggle, whisper, cuddle up, ask questions or become completely absorbed in the sounds there’s room for all of that here.

Private family sessions can be such a lovely way to spend time together away from the usual distractions, with no expectation that little ones need to be perfectly still or quiet.

And judging by that final photo… I think they found their comfy spot 🤎

Gather your favourite people and come and spend some time tucked away in my cosy home studio in the South Devon countryside.

Private sound baths are perfect for friends, family, work colleagues, birthdays, celebrations or simply because you’d love some time together away from the usual noise of life.

I’ll have everything ready for you ~ mats, duvets, pillows, eye masks and herbal tea. You can arrive, get cosy and enjoy a deeply relaxing sound bath created just for your group.

🌑✨ A SOUND BATH DURING THE SOLAR ECLIPSE ✨🌑

Tomorrow evening, something extraordinary will be happening in the sky — a solar eclipse will be unfolding above us, right as we gather for our evening sound bath here at Sukha Sanctuary.

As the light begins to change, we’ll come together for an evening of deep listening, stillness and sound, allowing ourselves to slow down while something quite extraordinary is happening overhead.

There is something rather beautiful about lying beneath the changing sky, listening to the gong, Himalayan and crystal bowls and chimes, while the outside world takes on a different quality.

🤎 A Morning to Simply Be | This September

Feeling like you’ve been carrying too much lately?

If your mind feels busy, your body feels tired, and you’ve forgotten what it feels like to truly switch off, we’d love to invite you to a gentle morning of rest at Sukha Sanctuary.

A slow, unhurried morning.

Rather than arriving and jumping straight into the session, you’ll be welcomed with time to settle into the space, enjoy a warm drink, connect with like-minded people and simply arrive. There’ll be no rushing from one activity to the next, just permission to slow down and let the pace of everyday life gently fall away.

We’ll then begin with a gentle EFT session led by guest practitioner Jo Sanders — a simple tapping practice that many people find helps them settle a busy mind and reconnect with themselves.

Afterwards, we’ll enjoy refreshments and nourishing snacks together, with plenty of time to chat, reflect or simply soak up the peaceful surroundings before settling into one of my signature Sukha Sound Baths.

There is nothing to achieve and nowhere else to be.

Just four hours to slow down, breathe deeply and enjoy a little time that’s entirely your own.
