I was born in Los Angeles Ca, I’m a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach whose clients include celebrities, professional athletes, and everyday people. Widely recognized for my Olympic participation as a 400m Sprinter. My expertise in functional training and my commitment to developing and implementing innovative fitness techniques is 2nd to none. With over 18 years in the industry, my dynamic

approach, boundless energy and humor only adds to the effectiveness of the experience my clients from all over the world enjoy. With a client list as diverse as my training methods, I emphasize strength training modalities that can be transferred from the gym to daily life, from training camp to a championship game. I have worked with athletes from the NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB, USTA, professional boxing (male AND female!) and various NCAA sports. My innovative approach and my devotion to pursuing and communicating only the most credible and effective fitness information have resulted in several corporate partnerships and business opportunities. I currently enjoy relationships with Nike, Protein world, Deliver Lean, and Old Spice. I am also a developer of several fitness programs in Tokyo, Japan including one with Bobb Sapp that still stands to this day as the premier fitness system at Gold Gym in Omotesando. Body-part specific workouts that focus on strengthening ass & abs. I am certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association graduated from the University of Los Angeles. My television appearances include Fox sport, CNN, Headline News, The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch, Extra, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Lala’s Full Court Life, and numerous shows for E!

Johnny Gray aka MJG a four-time Olympian considered to be one of the finest 800m runners in U.S. history, Coah Gray's best performance in Olympic competition was in 92 Barcelona, when he won the 800m bronze medal. 3-time U.S. World Outdoor Championships team member,7-time U.S. 800m outdoor champion, 86 USA Indoor 1,000y national title. USA outdoor 800m record on five occasions and current record holder (1:42.60, 1985) MJG, also set the USA 800m indoor record five different times, and set the current standard of 1:45.0 in 1992. He set the U.S. 1,000y indoor record in 1986 and was world ranked top ten 11 times. He was ranked #1 in the U.S. eight times by Track & Field News.
