Whitecourt Muay Thai Club Traditional Muay Thai military style training for beginners just learning or interested in the art of Muay Thai. Very strenuous workout, well worth your time.

Now living in Canada, Annop has trained military police in Bangkok Thailand for many years. His background is very unique and he offers us his stories, experience and guidance through various moves, techniques with purpose and repetitive practice so students feel confident and strong in multiple fighting situations. This is a beginner class, but offers challenging additions for students that come

back for future sessions. 2 assistant instructors help along with proper positioning and motivation. Personal skills learned include endurance, strength, teamwork, Muay Thai skills such as: punching, kicking, elbows, knees, body control, protecting yourself from attacks and more. Age 15 and up, some exceptions may be considered.

These fighters worked their butts off this Winter!!

New session has just started and will run from March 27th - June 5th.

Classes will be FRIDAY and SUNDAYS:

6 pm - 7:15 pm for Kids (12 and Under)
7:30 pm - 9:00 pm for Adults (13+)

Another season done, and congratulations to all of our students who passed their tests. We can’t wait to see you all in the next step of your training.

Next season will begin on November 16th

Christmas break will be Dec. 19th - Jan. 3rd and class will resume Jan. 4th.

In the new year, Thursday classes will be moved to Friday due to instructor availability.

Test day will be Feb. 8th

Sunday:
Kids; 5:00pm - 6:15pm
Adults; 6:30 - 8:15

Thursday:
Kids; 5:00pm - 6:15pm
Adults; 6:30pm - 8:15pm

P.S. To all the parents looking for the recording of the test it’s currently being edited into shorter clips to be posted, but if you want the full 20 minute video please message Taylor Rice.

Hello Everyone,

I hope this finds you rested up and ready for an amazing 2025!

Whitecourt Muay Thai (and new branded Whitecourt Martial Arts Center) welcomes you into the New Year with new program information.

Class times will remain the same as 2024 with classes running Sundays and Thursdays. Class times can be found on our Website at https://www.whitecourttaekwondo.com/services-2

Registration for this program can be found at https://www.whitecourttaekwondo.com/register

New for 2025 is our Cross Training Program. Whitecourt Martial Arts Center offers not only Muay Thai, but Taekwondo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and soon, Boxing as well! For $100 per session for each new program the students have full access to the scheduled classes for any additional disciplines. Equipment/Uniform requirements for these programs are not included in this price.

The new sessions start this week and run till March 30th. At which point a new Spring Session will start that will run from April till mid-June.

We are offering some new pricing to save on costs for anyone who wants to do Cross-training in multiple disciplines or is planning on doing both the Winter and Spring sessions for Taekwondo. The new pricing is:
Youth Program (Ages 8-12) Program ($325.00 for Session)
Adult Program (Ages 13+) Program ($325.00 for Session)
Add Muay Thai Program (+$100.00 For 1 Session)
Add Taekwondo Program (+$100.00 for 1 Session)
Mid-Session Rate ($250.00) (Only Available After February 1, 2025)
NEW! 2 Session Youth (Ages 8-12) Program ($600.00 for Winter and Spring Session)
NEW! 2 Session Adult (Ages 13+) Program ($600.00 for Winter and Spring Session)
10 Class Punch Pass ($100.00) (Expires after 6 months) (Only available to previously registered students)

We do ask that all students please be fully registered and paid before attending the first class, but if you are in the Jumpstart or other funding program for your child, please indicate to us after registration and you are welcome to attend as we wait for the program to provide funding! More information on this type of funding can be found on our registration page.
