Pilates is a great full body approach concentrating on our small stabiliser muscles.

The stabiliser muscles hold us upright, and with hopefully optimal alignment.

These muscles are much smaller than our major muscles and often work very hard.

If any of these smaller stabilisers muscles are not working correctly, the body will simply not work efficiently as it should. Compensation starts to happen and this could lead to aches, pains and at times injury.

Time to give your small muscles some attention...see you on the Mat 💜
