Is your Body/Mind Speaking To You???
*Sleep Issues
*Stiff, Tight Muscles
*Headaches
*Anxiety
*Panic Attacks
*Digestive Issues

Stress affects us to the very core of our being – mind, body, and spirit. TRE (tension / trauma release exercise) helps release deep body tension from trauma or chronic stress without activating the 'stories' attached to them. It may be just the process you need to help free your body / mind " voices" of discomfort.

Join Alyce Sorokie to discover this gentle yet powerful process that anyone can learn.
