After a very long break, I started coaching karate again. It was bittersweet being back in staging, seeing many old friends, warming up my students, developing strategy and going out on the floor and coaching.

After just training in karate on my own during Covid, I am starting to get back into training promising juniors for competition at a local Shotokan Dojo named Kyoshin-Ryu Karate. It is still early days but I'm starting to see some real promise! 🥇
