Spaces are available for the new block of postnatal fitness in Portlethen. Class runs 10-11am every Tuesday at the church hall.
Bring your baby! Almost all the moves can be done (or modified) while holding or wearing your little one so they don’t need to be on a mat if they don’t like it.

What you do every day is what will make a difference. It doesn’t matter how many times you say you want to do something, nothing happens until you actually do it for yourself.

I had this conversation with one of my 1-1 clients recently and we reevaluated her daily routine and habits to see where we could tweak things to help her achieve her goals. Habit stacking is a really valuable tool and one I use with all my 1-1 coaching clients.

Need help establishing healthy and sustainable habits? DM me ‘habits’ and I’ll be in touch.

Life is busy and we absolutely do not all have the same 24 hours in a day, but that doesn’t mean you can use ‘I’m too busy’ as an excuse to give up on trying to become healthier.

Exercise isn’t an all or nothing thing, you can adjust how it fits in your life during different seasons. Used to do 4-5 sessions a week easily and now can’t? Try for 2-3 sessions and if you can, increase your step count. Can’t make it to the gym? Get home based sessions programmed for you. Book those sessions in your diary like an appointment with yourself if that’s what works for you.

There will always be days where you can’t manage, and that’s life but if you really want to improve your health and fitness, you have to prioritise working towards those goals. If you have to reduce the amount of exercise you’re doing, it will take a bit longer to reach your goals, but you can still do it. You’ll never reach them if you give up.

Need support to get some short, effective or even home based sessions? Give me a shout or fill in the form in my bio.
