Hello My Friends, it is with a heavy heart that I decided to close the studio today to honor the needed social distancing precautions. All classes, including those in the community and all personal appointments will be on hold until further notice. I urge you all to limit your activities as much as you are able, to help contain the virus.
I am acutely aware that many of you are feeling apprehensive about what our world may look like in a few weeks. It's very possible that we will be adapting to a new normal. May we use this Retreat as an opportunity to reset our priorities. Life is Precious and Abundance comes in many forms. We are survivors of many things and although this uncertainty is disconcerting, there are gifts to be found within it. Over the last week, I have looked into the eyes of many 'familiar strangers', beloved friends and family. I see you, I feel you and I wish ALL of you a peaceful surrender to whatever the future brings. It is my belief that we will be witness to the beauty and goodness of humanity in a way that our souls have longed for. This is a time we will unite and realize that we all bleed. My deepest appreciation to those on the front lines. You are often the overlooked glue that holds our systems together. You are strong, resilient and worthy of all things good.
I will make myself available for coaching/supportive counseling remotely from Leverett and will send more information about how to connect over the next week. Taking a deep breath for now.
May you find strength in your vulnerability and peace within change.
