Albany Creek Excelsior ACE F.C. is one of the largest family oriented football clubs in Brisbane, Australia with more than ACE is proud to hold a reputation as a family oriented club.

Over the years, management committees have maintained this at the forefront of their direction. Our club looks to provide good facilities for football players of all ages to fulfil their dream. The club provides an environment where both skilled players aiming to play professional football and overall sporting players who look to the sport for social and fitness benefits can achieve their objectiv

Over the past 3.5 years the club has invested more than $1.8 milion in buildings, car parks, facilities, equipment, field maintenance, lights and renovations which have transformed the club into a vibrant and energic sporting establishment. Our strategic plan of expansion will continue in 2010 as we build a new grandstand at our Brendale fields replace all existing lights and light poles at Brendale and open an additional two full size fields by the end of the year. ACE offers a number of opportunities for men and women looking to play Senior Football. ACE is represented in the Football Brisbane Men's competition in the Men's Premier Division 2 and in the Women's League in Division 1, 2 and 3. For players aged 16, 17, and 18 we offer Youth Division 1. For others ACE fields a Metropolitan Division 2, 3 and 4. Due to field restrictions the club does not offer an over 35 or over 45 competition during the season, however, in the off-season, ACE has one of the most popular 5 Aside competition for over 35's. In our Junior Competitive Teams, the club aims to provide an environment where player development is the key motivator for players and coaches. In 2009 ACE was selected as one of only six clubs in Brisbane to participate in the Rebel Sport Junior Premier League (RSJPL) which includes representative squads from the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Northern NSW and South West Queensland. www.acesoccer.com

VALE BARRY McKENNA

Unfortunately, one of the pioneers of our great club, former president Mr. Barry McKenna passed away last Friday.
Barry contributed a great deal to not only our club, but the community in general and was highly respected and will always be fondly remembered.
The celebration of Barrys life will be held on Friday, 8th December, 2023 at 10.30am

🛑 FIELDS CLOSED 🛑

Unfortunately the rain hasn't let up and the fields are now puddling. Our duty of care is not only the playing conditions but also the driving conditions and we believe it is now a safety issue and therefore tonight's games will not proceed. If the weather allows, we will accomodate more games tomorrow night to allow group winners to be determined

Moreton Bay City Council has all ready started off-season work on our fields at Brendale. Fields 1 and 5 have been scarified, levelled and top dressed (see video) in preparation for 2024. Fields 2, 3 and 4 will follow after the final round our five-a-side competition, this week. Our thanks again to Moreton Bay City Council for this essential work.

It’s McHappy Day tomorrow (Saturday, Nov 18), where our long-standing partner McDonald's Albany Creek will be raising much-needed funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities South East Queensland and celebrating this wonderful cause in support of seriously ill children and their families. There are many ways to donate in-restaurant with $2 donated from every Big Mac sold or via McDelivery, while customers can also pick up a pair of Silly Socks for $5.95 or Helping Hands for $2, $10 or $50 to help contribute directly to RMHC.
