5 TIPS for HARE POSE
1. Don't worry about getting your head on the ground. Getting your bum to rest on your heels or a block is more important to stretch out your back. You can also place a block under your head.
2. Keep your arms engaged by pressing your fingers and hands into the mat. This increases the stretch in your back.
3. Roll your shoulders away from your ears, creating space.
4. Separate your feet, point your toes behind you. Keeping your ankles in line with your knees helps with alignment.
5. Breathe in to your back. Gently draw your tummy back to help direct your breathe.
