2020 what a year but we got through it together. We were forced to change our business model during the pandemic but thankfully it has worked out well thanks to our clients support and loyalty. We would like to wish you all a safe and Happy Christmas and we hope for a better year in 2021 🎁🎅🤩

Hi to all our members !💪

We just wanted to update you on the situation of reopening our studio.
After meeting with our accountant and Fergal and Jamie we have come to the difficult decision that it is no longer viable to offer our members studio classes.
Our class capacity is halved and our timetable is greatly decreased due to turnover of cleaning between sessions in adherence with the guidelines whilst our running expenses remain the same.
THE FIGURES JUST DONT ADD UP!!!!!!

It is a sad day for me personally as the studio was my dream and gave me a new lease of life and a future to look forward to after cancer.
I have to think of Fergal and Jamie’s Heath,the health of our members and my health.

What we are looking at as an alternative is running the studio as a personal and group training facility,where we could train 1 on 1,2 on 1,3 on 1 up to 4 people.
Group training makes it more affordable when a few share the cost and you can train around your timetable.
This idea is still in the pipeline- we have a few things to tease out.
We will update you in the next week.

We wish to take this time to thank all our faithful members for their continued custom,loyalty and friendship.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused to you and the delay in making our final decision- it took weeks of mulling over and it is with a heavy heart that I am writing this post.
