๐Ÿ’™ One Club. One Pathway. One Vulture Family ๐Ÿ’™

During the week our Women's Program welcomed our U13โ€“U17 girls for a special training session under lights at Southside Toyota Oval.

The theme was simple โ€” come dressed in the colour of your boots! ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ๐ŸŒˆ

Led by Senior Women's Coach Lauren Harley, the girls rotated through a series of skill stations, with our youth coaches taking sessions on kicking, ground balls and handballing.

This was the first of many opportunities to bring our female football community together and strengthen the pathway from junior girls right through to senior women's AFL.

Our vision is for every girl and woman in the program to feel connected, supported and proud to be a Vulture. Together we're developing athletes, building friendships, creating leaders and ensuring everyone feels they belong.

The way we train, play, communicate and support each other defines our club culture โ€” and based on what we saw this week, the future is incredibly bright. ๐Ÿฆ…๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›
