What is HIIT?
High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a type of interval training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover.

Benefits of HIIT training:
-Helps you burn more fat.
-Helps you burn more calories all day long .
-Your workouts are shorter.
-Improves your performance.

Tips to get the most out of your work out:
-Eat an healthy breakfast this is your fuel for your workout.
-Warm up before your class (light jog stretches).
-INTENSITY! During active work periods make sure your working as hard as you can while maintaining proper form.
-Stretch out after the class.
-HYDRATE!!!!! Water, water, water all day long.
