We've got some fantastic news to share – meet Jayden, the newest addition to our fitness family and the maestro behind the scenes as our Studio Manager! 🌟

Jayden's fitness journey spans a whopping 8 years, taking him from the charming streets of Bendigo to the coastal vibes of Geelong, and now he's rocking it in the heart of Melbourne. 🏙️

But let's not forget his humble beginnings – Jayden joined his first gym at the tender age of 12, not having a clue about what to do. Fast forward to today, and he's not just a fitness pro but our go-to guy for all things gym-related!

When he's not revolutionising our studio, you can catch Jayden kicking it on the football field, riding the waves, throwing punches in the boxing ring, hitting the books, and soaking up quality time with his partner. 🏈🏄🥊📚💑

In October 2008, a dream took shape. A dream of creating a safe space where we could help people move well, a place where our kids would grow up, and many coaches would find their calling to influence the health of others. 🌟

Over the years, we've had the privilege of mentoring incredible people, all contributing to our mission of building unbreakable bodies that last – bodies that empower us to live our best lives. Many coaches have come and gone, some are still with us, some new but all of them a part of the Studio46 family forever. 💪

We owe our success to our dedicated team and our amazing community. A community that help create an atmosphere in the studio that make you want to come back day in day out. 🙏

A special shout-out to our Jewish community, who are going through a tough time right now. We stand with you. ❤️

Our journey has been a rollercoaster, but every twist and turn has taught us valuable lessons. 🎢
