Finally I met some guys of the tribe past weekend. .
I knew before that they were top-notch athletes but what impressed me even more was that they were humble and down to earth people with a great attitude and sportmanship🙌. .
Except of all the progress I made so far this especially underlines that it was one of my best decisions to sign up .
Nevertheless the most important person was sorely missed .... .

~ Train for a good cause - trainieren für den guten Zweck ~
Bislang habe ich meine Trainingspläne kostenlos für einen unbestimmten Personenkreis zur Verfügung gestellt. Dieses hat allerdings auch dazu beigetragen, dass ich keinen Überblick hatte, wer da nach trainiert und ob es überhaupt Sinn macht, diesen fortzuschreiben 🤷‍♂️.
Ich habe lange überlegt, wie ich dem begegne und dadurch ist das Konzept zu ~ train for a good cause ~ entstanden (swipe left).
Von nun an erhaltet Ihr durch eine Spende an eine Organisation Eurer Wahl den Trainingsplan. Dadurch ist ein Kreislauf entstanden, bei dem Alle profitieren!🍀 Ihr schwitzt für den guten Zweck, die Organisationen werden durch Eure Spenden bereichert und ich bin motiviert, eine qualitativ hochwertige Arbeit zu liefern, da diese mittelbar zu einem guten Zweck beiträgt🎉.
